IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PARTICIPANTS:

These Terms and Conditions constitute a part of your contract with Good Girl LLC, the producer of the Backyard Pyar event (“Backyard Pyar”, “we”, or “us”). Upon acceptance of your application or ticket purchase, these Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the event and form a legally binding agreement between you and Good Girl LLC.

Good Girl LLC makes no verbal or written warranties, representations, or agreements outside of this document with respect to Backyard Pyar. Our responsibilities and liabilities are strictly limited as stated herein.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before attending Backyard Pyar. By confirming your participation, you agree to abide by these conditions. They include important provisions that limit our liability, outline your responsibilities, and govern dispute resolution.

Backyard Pyar is a curated cultural and community experience produced by Good Girl LLC. While we arrange and facilitate activities, accommodations (if applicable), and other services, these are provided by independent third-party vendors and not directly by Good Girl LLC. These vendors operate independently, and their actions or inactions are outside of our control.

Accordingly, we are not responsible for any claims related to loss, damage, injury, death, or other incident caused by any third-party vendor, including negligence or failure to perform. You accept the risks associated with their involvement and agree that Good Girl LLC is not liable for their acts or omissions.

Good Girl LLC reserves the right to accept, decline, or remove any participant at any time before or during the Backyard Pyar event for any reason, including, but not limited to, health, behavior, or legal concerns. Your participation is contingent upon compliance with these Terms and Conditions, event rules, and local laws.

Health & Conduct: By participating, you certify that you are in good mental and are physically able to attend and that your behavior will not create a risk or nuisance for yourself, other participants, or the event team.

Background Checks: We reserve the right to perform background checks if necessary and to revoke participation based on the results.

Included: Access to event activities, performances, programming, and shared experiences as described in official Backyard Pyar communications. Additional inclusions may be specified on your ticket or event registration.

Not Included: Transportation to/from the event, accommodations (unless specified), food, beverages, travel insurance, and other incidental or personal expenses.

•  All purchases are non-refundable.
   
• You may request a transfer to another participant that must be pre-approved by Good Girl LLC. Transfers are not guaranteed.
   
• No refunds or credits are provided for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or removals from the event.
   

Good Girl LLC reserves the right to cancel Backyard Pyar for any reason, including low registration, safety, or force majeure. In the event of cancellation, we may issue a full or partial refund or event credit at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for:

• Any damage you or your guests cause to property, venues, or equipment.
   
• Securing travel insurance if you wish to protect against unexpected costs or interruptions.
   
• Having valid documentation if you are traveling from abroad (passport, visa, etc.).
   
• Abiding by all laws and regulations of the event location.
   

We reserve the right to remove any participant for:

• Non-payment
   
• Disruptive, offensive, or unsafe behavior
   
• Violation of local laws or event rules
   
• Actions that threaten the physical or emotional safety of others
   

Removal will not result in a refund or credit, and all associated travel or other costs are your responsibility.

We kindly ask that attendees seek consent before photographing or recording others, and obtain their permission before sharing such content on social media.

By attending Backyard Pyar, you grant Good Girl LLC the unrestricted right to use photos, videos, and other media of your likeness taken during the event for promotional, editorial, and commercial purposes. This includes online, print, and social media use, without compensation. You release all claims related to this usage.

If you submit your own photographs or videos, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute them as described above. All attendees will receive a waiver release. 

You agree that participation in Backyard Pyar involves certain inherent risks, including potential injury, illness, and unforeseen incidents. You voluntarily assume all risks and release Good Girl LLC and its staff, contractors, and affiliates from liability.

In case of emergency, you authorize us to secure medical treatment if you are unable to consent, and you agree to reimburse any related costs. We strongly recommend that you carry appropriate health or travel insurance.

Good Girl LLC is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
   
• Pandemics or health emergencies
   
• Government actions or regulations
   
• Strikes, labor disputes, or civil disturbances
   
• Acts of war or terrorism
   

a) Time Limitation: Any legal claim against Good Girl LLC must be filed within one (1) year of the incident.

b) Arbitration Agreement: Any dispute related to Backyard Pyar will be resolved via binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in the state of Delaware, unless otherwise required by law. You waive the right to sue in court or participate in a class action.

c) Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflict-of-laws principles.

d) Class Action Waiver: All claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action.

By registering or purchasing a ticket, you affirm that you are over 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and agree to abide by them.
